The Service is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice. The current functionality does not represent a final or complete product.
Users access the Service via Facebook Login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be an authorized representative of the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect to the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to its code, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Exponential Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited license expressly set forth herein.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service.
You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service, including customer lists and conversion data. By using the Service, you grant Exponential Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, store, and use this data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have proper consent, authorization, and legal basis to upload and process any personal data through the Service. You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
The Service integrates with Facebook/Meta Platform and relies on third-party services to deliver its functionality. You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies when using the Service.
Exponential Technologies is not responsible for the availability, performance, terms, or data handling practices of any third-party services. Changes to third-party platforms may affect the functionality of the Service, and Exponential Technologies shall not be liable for any such impact.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Exponential Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. As the software is under active development, features, interfaces, and functionality may change frequently.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EXPONENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICE IS UNDER ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, AND INCOMPLETE FEATURES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPONENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EXPONENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EXPONENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exponential Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Exponential Technologies may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The following sections shall survive termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property, User Data and Content, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Severability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Exponential Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Exponential Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
